Luca Di Paola
Founder & Principal, HB8
Luca Di Paola is the founder of HB8, a private holding through which he pursues a real estate investment strategy focused on creating and preserving long-term value.
HB8 is grounded in an entrepreneurial approach to real estate: identifying assets with potential, improving their quality and positioning, and choosing the most effective strategy for each opportunity across development, enhancement and income-producing ownership.
LDP Srl is the group’s operating and property holding company. It holds the income-oriented property component and will establish dedicated vehicles for individual investments or multiple operations. LDP Srl will establish dedicated vehicles according to the characteristics and objectives of each investment.
The objective is to build a carefully selected property base over time, combining investment discipline, asset quality and a long-term perspective.
